IMAGE Studios is a collection of beauty and wellness professionals. While we are all under the same roof, each business owner has their own suite that they rent. While every room is their own individual business, a sense of community is still present at IMAGE Studios.
Loli's Hair Lounge (my business) is located inside IMAGE Studios, and is one of the many businesses serving guests from a suite.
FAQ's
How do I find the Studio entrance?
There are two entrances to the studio. One is located inside the Target parking garage on level 4 in the back corner; the other is on Northgate Way up the stairs, to the right of Just Poke.
Can I bring another person with me to my appointment?
Yes! I have a couch in my room, and there are seating spaces in the hallway/waiting room. The target is also really close if they need to get up and stretch their legs.
Can I bring an inspo photo?
Yes! I would prefer to see a photo so we're both on the same page!
How often should I be getting a haircut?
I would recommend getting your hair trimmed every 8-12 weeks. The only way to keep your ends from splitting is by cutting them off, and if they aren't cut off they will travel up your hair shaft.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
My cancellation policy states that I will need a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel. I would recommend rescheduling your appointment instead so you don't lose your deposit.
Can I come to my appointment with dirty/wet hair?
For any haircut services, besides curly cuts, dirty or wet hair is completely fine since we will wash it! For any chemical services I would recommend dry hair that has been washed within the last three days.
How long will my color last?
It depends! Some color lasts anywhere from 4-8 weeks, and some lasts 6-12 weeks. How you take care of your hair at home will also affect how much your color fades.
What if I'm unhappy with my hair results?
Please be honest with me! I would hate for you to go home feeling like you don't love your hair. I will always offer a touch-up service if you feel like the result isn't what we talked about during your consultation.
Is box dye really that damaging to my hair?
No, but it is very unpredictable! I don't know what kind of ingredients are in box dye as they are all different, and they are more often than not difficult to remove from your hair.
