I come from a religious background and was brought up both through the Baptist church and a small Christian school. While keeping a high GPA in high school, I also pursued sports, with soccer being my favorite. It wasn't until senior year that I felt a calling to pursue cosmetology, and straight to cosmetology school I went!

     While attending cosmetology school, I also applied to work at Chick-fil-A, and although it was meant to be a part-time, three month long job, I ended up really enjoying the company values and culture. I slowly worked my way up from Team Member to Director over the course of two years, while also attending cosmetology school. That period of time was one of the hardest I've faced, but it was also the one where I learned the most valuable lessons about not only myself, but also the people around me. 

     After obtaining my cosmetology license, I knew I wanted to be more independent than just working at a salon. Fortunately for me, IMAGE Studios was hiring for booth rental. Through hard work and perseverance, I started my own business that is now known as "Loli's Hair Lounge"; this journey of owning my own business while learning the in and outs of hair continues to fuel my passion and bring me joy every day.
